By the time she was out her side needed 66 additional runs at one run per ball - an unconquered height now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"Chasing 330 runs is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the confidence to accomplish that now," added Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to repeat it but, if necessary, we know we can do it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this championship should hear.

Over the past five days a feeling they will win from any position has grown stronger - this triumph coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite sitting at 76-7 at one stage.
